Our classes

All the classes have a max of 10 people which makes it a lot easier to focus on technique and make sure everyone is working as hard as they can. All classes can be varied to suit your fitness level, no class is too hard for you, the trainers are awesome at adapting it to suit you.

Body Balance

beginner/intermediate | resistance | low impact
A new class aimed at getting stability through your hips, core and scapular. Great class to make sure we are working those little muscles so we can have a healthy balanced body.

Box Fit

beginner/intermediate | cardio | resistance | low impact
Partner up with someone with mitts and gloves and punch until we get a sweat up. Involves a cardio workout with some body weight resistance exercises. A whole lot of fun and for all fitness levels.

Circuit

beginner/intermediate | advanced | cardio | resistance
A mix of Cardio and resistance exercise. Use bars, gym equipment, battle ropes, medicine balls, anything that is going to make us work hard. Also for all fitness levels will alter to suit it for you.

Walk Club

beginner/intermediate | cardio | low impact
Go for a walk around our beautiful peninsular. bring the kids, dog, pram, an excuse to get outside and get active.

Bums & Tums

beginner/intermediate | resistance | low impact
Get that bum peachy and that core solid. A mix of both of them through different exercises. Ranges from 30-45 minutes.

Yoga

beginner/intermediate | low impact
2 different options Restorative (Tuesday PM): Is a practice that is all about slowing down and opening your body through passive stretching. Slow Flow Vinyasa (Thursday AM): Students coordinate movement with breath to flow from one pose to the next.

Pilates

beginner/intermediate | resistance | low impact
Mat exercises using special apparatus, designed to improve physical strength, flexibility, and posture, and enhance mental awareness.

20 Minute blaster

advanced | cardio
A short, sharp more intense cardio class. Body-weight exercises and cardio equipment to make the lungs go.

Pound

beginner/intermediate | cardio | resistance | low impact

Instead of listening to music, you become the music in this exhilarating full-body workout that combines cardio, conditioning, and strength training with yoga and pilates-inspired movements.
